I like them on saltines with a dash of hot sauce. Or I mix and mash with canned salmon, canned spinach, could diced tomato with chilies and onions. Saute in garlic and serve with rice rice. Any other ideas?

I like to mash them, add fresh crunched black pepper, minced onion, and mayonnaise to hold it together. I like it on Saltines, Ritz crackers, or in a sandwich.
