Quite possibly, but that doesn’t healthy like the healthiest diet. Also you are leaving retired the most significant source of weight-inducing calories: beverages. I’d say cut out soda/juice/alcohol and all processed foods/simple sugars and you will lose weight without having to go on a “banana & sardine” diet (gross).
