Quite possibly, but that doesn’t healthy like the healthiest diet. Also you are leaving retired the most significant source of weight-inducing calories: beverages. I’d say cut out soda/juice/alcohol and all processed foods/simple sugars and you will lose weight without having to go on a “banana & sardine” diet (gross).

in my books good fat like the 1 in pilchard, bottom-feeder and nut aren’t fats at all in the conventional consciousness and shouldn’t be counted towards your day-after-day intake of fat. That tell if you eat 5 tins of sardines a tomorrow you will gain weight but one, two or still III is really good for you. you sound similar a really good barbell for your height and if you are really hungry you should definitely eat!! drink between meals but you have to eat to maintain a healthy weight and eventide loose weight!!hope this assistance
